Inside the installation
The project
Safi brings several departments into one store: refrigerated products, bread, desserts and prepared food. CAPRI’s installation photography shows perimeter refrigeration, central merchandising, pastry counters and stainless preparation areas with extraction. The project connects front-of-house presentation with the equipment behind the counter.
